Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport (BOM) is carrying out a special driving activity on Lake Çıldır.

On the Çıldır lake, which is completely covered with snow and ice, advanced driving techniques were demonstrated in practice on the track, which was prepared similar to the training and test tracks in Northern European countries.

BOM Academy trainers provide participants with a fun and adrenaline-filled experience as well as safe driving training.

In the events where BMW M5 Competition, BMW M4 Competition, BMW M240i xDrive and New BMW 320i M Package models as well as MINI John Cooper Works Countryman ALL4 were used, the participants pushed the limits of cars with both standard winter tires and studded racing tires, accompanied by BOM Academy trainers.

Participants on the track where the ice thickness is measured daily with electronic devices; While pushing the high technologies of BMW cars to their limits, at the same time, tires on snowy and icy surfaces .

They also receive training on braking, gear and lane changing, driving line, handling dynamics and the functioning of electronic support systems.

In the organization held under the management of champion pilots and trainers of BOM; There are many drivers with different levels of knowledge and experience, from the most amateur to the most professional.
